We developed Chasing Prospects CIC after discovering the number of young people who were shockingly underprepared for their career journeys. We help young people gain a real-world understanding of the challenges involved in launching their careers. We empower them with the tools to successfully navigate the world of employment and self-employment.

Our goal is to inspire future global leaders to overcome obstacles and explore their potential.

We achieve this by:

- Educating them on the various paths into employment and self-employment

- Supporting them in building important life skills

- Preparing them for their job seeking/entrepreneurship journey

    Mental Health Awareness Week

    Mental Health Awareness has been on the agenda this week. The focus on kindness and being aware of our responses to other people's mental health. We hosted an online conversation with our partners at Discovering Wellness to highlight some issues faced around mental health.

    We have partnered up with AV365 Studios to launch a series of media workshops for young people. The workshops will cover podcasts, radio, DJing and sound engineering. We are really excited about the launch of this workshop. Finalising dates and capacity.
